                    <p>Talyaa built the Talyaa app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by Talyaa at no cost and is intended for use as is.</p>

                        Talyaa also uses GPS technology to determine your current location. Some of our location-enabled Services require your personal data for the feature to work. If you wish to use the particular feature, you will be asked to consent to your data being used for this purpose

<p>THE TALYAA MAY BE USED BY YOU TO REQUEST AND SCHEDULE THE SERVICES WITH DRIVERS BUT YOU AGREE THAT TALYAA HAVE NO RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY TO YOU RELATED TO ANY SERVICE PROVIDED TO YOU BY DRIVERS OTHER THAN AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT. THE LIMITATIONS AND DISCLAIMER IN THIS SECTION 6 DO NOT PURPORT TO LIMIT LIABILITY OR ALTER YOUR RIGHTS AS A CONSUMER THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
